    1. Introduction

    Welcome to Bistro 8. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services provided by Bistro 8 ("we", "us", "our"), located at Park Terrace, Woodfieldside, Oakdale, Blackwood NP12 0PN.

    By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Reservations

    Reservations can be made via our online booking system, by telephone, or in person. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations at our discretion.

    • Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booking time
    • For parties of 6 or more, a deposit may be required
    • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance
    • No-shows may affect future booking privileges

    3. Gift Vouchers

    Gift vouchers are subject to the following conditions:

    • Valid for 12 months from date of purchase
    • Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
    • Must be presented at time of payment
    • Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
    • Any balance remaining after use will be stored for future visits

    4. Discounts & Promotions

    Promotional offers and discounts (including NHS discount) are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of offer. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

    5. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

    Whilst we take great care to accommodate dietary requirements and allergens, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from traces of allergens. Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary requirements when ordering.

    6. Private Hire

    Private hire bookings are subject to separate terms and conditions which will be provided upon enquiry. Deposits may be required and cancellation policies apply.

    7. Conduct

    We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of licensing laws.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bistro 8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
